Thank you for supporting my small business! Below are some policies as well as FAQ's:

  • Elena's Creations is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen mail
  • Processing time is 5-7 business days - this does not include weekends, holidays or shipping times.
  • Once the USPS has your package, the delivery time is out of our hands.
  • Elena's Creations does not accept cancelations or returns. Please make sure your order is correct before checking out.
  • If you would like a custom tumbler, please email or message us on Instagram with details. You can also fill out our form for "custom tumbler order" and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Please note: prices may vary depending on customization.
